These terms cover your use of 1upmediasolutions.com and our text messaging program. Work we do for you as a client is covered by a separate written agreement, which controls if the two disagree.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. You may not copy the site's content for commercial use, attempt to break into it, or submit forms with false information or on behalf of someone who has not asked you to.

Text messaging program terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our contact form, or by giving verbal consent on a call, you agree to receive text messages from 1UP Media Solutions LLC at that number.

• What we send: messages about your project and account, such as drafts ready for review, appointment reminders and confirmations, questions we need answered, and replies to your texts. We do not send marketing blasts.
• Frequency: varies with the activity on your project. Most clients get a few messages a month.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your carrier's plan. We do not charge for texts.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and then no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, email steve@1upmediasolutions.com, or call (531) 223-4321.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Your mobile number and opt-in status are handled as described in our privacy policy. We do not share them with third parties for their marketing.

Content and accuracy

We keep the site accurate, but pricing and service descriptions can change. The price and scope that apply to you are the ones in your written quote or agreement.

Third-party tools

The free website audit is run by a third-party reporting service. Its results are automated and are a starting point, not a guarantee of any ranking or outcome.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, 1UP Media Solutions LLC is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from information on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Disputes are heard in Sarpy County, Nebraska.
