1UP Media Solutions LLC ("1UP", "we", "us") runs 1upmediasolutions.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or work with us, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
You give us information when you fill out a form, call, email, text, or become a client. That can include:
- Your name, company, email address, phone number, and website address
- What you write in a message or tell us on a call
- Billing details needed to invoice you, handled by our payment processor
- Access to accounts you ask us to work in, such as your website, hosting, or analytics
The site also records the usual server data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of each visit. We use Google Analytics or a similar tool to see how the site is used in aggregate.

Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your project and account: drafts ready for review, appointment reminders and confirmations, questions we need answered to finish your work, and replies to texts you send us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or email steve [at] 1upmediasolutions [dot] com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business, and only as needed to do the job: our email and text messaging providers, hosting, analytics, our payment processor, and our accountant. Each is bound to use it only for the service they provide to us. We will also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for seven years after, to meet tax and accounting rules. Inquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to two years. Text message consent records are kept for as long as you are opted in and for four years after you opt out.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for analytics and to remember a form you started. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records we are required to keep. Email steve [at] 1upmediasolutions [dot] com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use your information will be sent to current clients by email.
