1UP Media Solutions has built websites and run search marketing out of La Vista, Nebraska since 2003. The owner answers your calls and does your work.
How we got here.
We started as a generalist shop and took whatever came through the door: a photographer, a church, a travel agency, a national e-commerce brand. That work taught us how to build a site that sells and how to get it found. It also showed us that serving everybody means starting from zero on every new account.
Lawn, landscape and home service clients were the ones where the work compounded. The problems repeat from one company to the next, the seasons follow the same rhythm, and a fix that works for a crew in Nebraska usually works for a crew in Rhode Island. So we stopped taking everybody and built the business around contractors.
We are small on purpose. AI handles a lot of the production work now, so our time goes into the parts that need judgment instead of busywork. It also means we can serve a contractor at a price that we could not have offered 5 years ago.
How we work.
- One contractor per service area. We will not take on your direct competitor.
- If something is not working, you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.
- We will tell you when something you are asking for is a bad idea, and why.
- Deadlines we commit to are deadlines we hit. If a date looks wrong, we say so before we agree to it.
