Ads That Run Hard in Your Busy Season and Quiet in the Slow One.

Paid search puts you at the top of Google this week. For a seasonal business, that means we turn it up when you need work and turn it down when your crews are booked.

What pay-per-click is, in one paragraph.

You pay Google each time someone taps your ad. Your ad shows when a homeowner in your service area searches for something you sell, and the price of that tap depends on how many other companies want the same search. Done well, every dollar goes to people already shopping for your service. Done badly, it goes to people two states away looking up lawn mower reviews.

How we run it.

Campaigns built around your season

Lawn and landscape work sells on a calendar. Spring cleanups, mowing contracts, patios in early summer, aeration and seeding in the fall, lighting and snow when it gets cold. We plan the budget month by month around what you sell, and turn spend down in the weeks your crews are already booked out.

Searches from people ready to hire

Someone typing "landscaper near me" or "paver patio cost" is shopping. Someone typing "how to edge a flower bed" wants to do it themselves. We bid on the first kind, block the second, and keep ads inside the towns you want your trucks driving to.

A landing page for every ad group

An ad for patios sends people to a page about patios, with your photos, your reviews, and a short quote form. Send that click to your home page instead and the homeowner has to hunt for the patio they just searched for. Many of them leave.

Tracking to the booked job

Every call and form from an ad is tracked back to the campaign and keyword that produced it. You see cost per lead and, once your team marks which leads booked, cost per job. Clicks and impressions are in the report too, at the bottom.

Questions contractors ask us.

How much should a landscaping company spend on ads?

Enough to get a reliable read in your market, which depends on your towns and services. We look at what the searches you want cost in your area before we suggest a number, and we tell you if it is not worth it.

Do I need a new website to run ads?

No. We build the landing pages the ads point to. If your current site is slow or hard to use on a phone, we will say so, because it drags down every page that links to it.

What happens if a campaign is not working?

You hear it from us first, with what we are changing. If a campaign still is not paying for itself after the changes, we recommend stopping it.

Want to know what ads would cost in your towns?

Tell us your service area and what you want more of. We will look up what those searches cost and give you a straight answer on whether ads make sense.
