Case Study

Wyoming Wilds

Wyoming Wilds is a wildlife tour company in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. They had just had a website created by a different agency but it wasn’t converting, was confusing for potential customers and didn’t have any call to actions.

Reinventing A Business Built On A Foundation Of Wildlife And Beauty

From the majestic views of the Grand Teton to the natural habitat of the wild, Owner Jim Hicks approached us to help him to revitalize his website and optimize it to turn visitors into customers. Jim has been spending money to drive pay per click traffic but it just wasn’t converting. So we helped Jim to get his business back on track.

A Complete Makeover For The Wild

As with a lot of businesses we encounter, the first thing we notice is either the lack of or compete negligence of well placed “calls to action.” With that problem to overcome, there was still the issue of a website that was confusing and not user friendly. This mistakes were causing an even bigger problem, a lot of money being spent on pay-per-click (PPC) ads with no new revenue to show for it.

To start out with, we created Wyoming Wilds a brand new website. We call it a redesign because we used all their current assets available, but did so with a new framework built on WordPress. After getting the design locked down, we implemented specific calls to action based on the end goals of this client and implemented our call tracking service to measure where new calls and leads are coming from.
